FB Fabrications are able to undertake all types of fabrications up to 14m in length, 3.5m wide and 3.5m in height.

Our workshop is equipped with a hydraulic guillotine with a capacity to cut up to 6mm thick x 8ft in length, ring rolling machine capable of rolling tube, box section, T-section and angle bar, tube bending machine, drilling machinery, hand rolls, folding machine, fly press, polishing/buffing machine, and various MIG and TIG welding machines, and a 2 ton capacity forklift.

Our welding qualifications range from ISO, Lloyds, and DNV approvals in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, working to the approved procedures required for various welding applications, and customer requirements.

We offer full NDT weld inspection services, from dye penetrant inspection to Ultrasonic testing to X ray inspection, and pressure testing, with full third party certification to meet the customers requirements.

We can offer full materials and consumable certification and traceability.

Using local companies, we are able to supply machining facilities to include CNC milling and turning capabilities, and a range of finishes to produce finished products, painting, shot and bead blasting, electro coating, and galvanizing.

Since moving to smaller premises at Somerton in 2023, we no longer have the space to carry out boat construction, and we are now more focused on smaller sized projects, enabling us to be more competitively priced in today`s competitive market.
