FB Fabrications have a reputation for supplying high quality fabrications and welding to a variety of industries throughout the UK and abroad.
Based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, FB Fabrications are capable of undertaking a wide and varied range of projects from small single commissions to large fabrications, in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
Our reputation for supplying quality workmanship has allowed us to build up partnerships of trust and understanding with our customers, as well as our reliability when delivering to target dates.
FB Fabrications was born in February 2002 when Clive Ford and Robert Blakely decided it was time to start their own business, with over 60 years of experience between then in fabrication and welding, gained from working in the marine and engineering industries.
Robert had previously worked for JMA Proplulsion, Souter Marine, FBM Marine and Scott Lithgow.
Clive had previously worked for JMA Propulsion, Brittania Warfe Boatyard, Thetis Engineering, FBM Marine and Elliott Turbomachinery in Cowes.
From 2002 until 2016 FB Fabrications were based at John Samuel Whites Industrial Estate in Cowes, and achieved accreditation to ISO 9001, and at their peak employed 15 staff, however, in January 2016 a fire engulfed the whole site and FB Fabrications had to restructure as a company and moved to its new premises in Seaview Road in Cowes, a move that was made easier by FB Fabrications customers and suppliers returning the loyalty shown to them in previous years.
